2. Letters documenting at least 10 years of full-time experience in your

4. Evidence that you have commanded a salary or other remuneration for
services that demonstrates your exceptional ability
5. Membership in a professional association(s)
6. Recognition for your achievements and significant contributions to your
industry or field by your peers, government entities, professional or
business organizations

Now if you have a MS or PHD degree why you need seek to match those? | s*******d

我看这个membership of professional association 好像没有很高的要求吧，我看网
上有人 NIW claim membership of professional accociation轻松就过了的。
不然的话，对大多数的NIW，怎么才能满足3条呢?
我理解的这基本3条符合于决大多数ph.d
1)advanced degree
2)contribution
3)membership
