我加上LETTERHEAD了。
但是我看到他描述自己的背景，特别详细， 特别长，我怕会让IO觉得他太牛，看到版
上之前大家说了好几次，推荐人别写太牛。
但是又不好意思让他删掉，我估计他自己写自己牛也写的很HIGH啊。
麻烦大家给评判评判，如果还成，我就不用他修改了。多谢！！！！
Currently, I am an Associate Professor in Department of Pediatrics,
XXX University School of Medicine, Japan. I received my MD and Ph.D. degree
from University of XX, Japan in 1988 and 1993, respectively and have more
than 23 years of experience in the area of medical science. I am a recipient
of numerous honors and awards from various organizations; young
investigator award recipient of Japanese
Society of XXXX, poster prize winner of the 45th Annual Scientific Meeting
of International Society of XX and the best research
award from the Asian Society of Pediatric Research. I have authored/ co-
authored many publications in the molecular genetics of XXX and biology of
xxxx in first-rated biomedical journals, such as
xxxx and XXX. I am a member of numerous professional societies,
such as XXXX,xxxxx, Japanese Society of Pediatrics, Japanese Society of xxx
and the XXX. I am a Board certified physician of the Japanese
Society of Pediatrics and the Japanese Society of Human Genetics and the
principal investigator of Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research from Japan
Society for the Promotion of Science, which is one of the most prestigious

science,引用超6W. 我case过了.
