Right now, I am trying to use another way(EB1 or NIW) to apply. but my
academic background is not related to my current work, so I contact a
university lab to find a part time research job which can support my EB1 or
NIW applications.
question:
1) is that possible that my GC application based on this kinda part_time
research job?
2) if this university applying concurrent H1B for me, will my current
employer know that?

肯定会被challenge. 你可以试试看，然后和大家update一下。
