两条：
1, 3 years of experience in teaching or research in the academic area
2, employs at least three persons full-time in research positions and that
is has achieved documented accomplishment in an academic field.
正在补材料，关于has achieved documented accomplishment in an academic field
这条，我现在的公司没有专利，文章或者什么research report的，不知道怎么办。会
不会因为这点被拒啊？这样会不会认为公司不qualify。公司有Eb1b办成的先例，PL里
面根本没提这些。
正在联系律师，律师说要$1500帮我搞这个RFE，我在犹豫中，请大家赐教。
到这个关头了，不想前功尽弃，大家觉得我需要请律师搞定公司的qualification吗？这
点严重吗？

If your company does not do research, how can your company achieve Eb1B

we do research, but we don't have documented achievement like papers or
patents.

conferences, workshops, right? Any documents, technique reports that open
for public? |

发帖数: 19373 | 7 1.怎么会提供部分证据？不是从毕业学校/现在单位开一封信就行了。
2.的话比较复杂，可能材料不全。
但这种RFE是最简单的。
