0002, but he claims that the small percentage was not met.
I have been working on this for almost 10 months wasting lots of money and
time. I will get away from it and not think about it for a while. There are
more important things in life.
背景如下：
Physics. Papers 25, review 20+, citation 140+ and increased to 160+ in the
RFE response.
These numbers make a normal case, I might get lucky if the IO was not 0002.
But the citation is obviously below 0002's threshold.

件。
我的条件比你差多了（实话，citation ~ 15）。第一次RFE + Denial。 重递PP通过。
从新挖掘一下自己的条件，把没有想到的再想想。 会有突破点的。
－ 把citation的质量分析一下。。。多少牛人都折服于你的paper下。。。
－ 把所有的成果总结一下，强调一下应用。。。多少大实验室都在延续你的工作。
－ 我就是把老板所有的funding都归功到自己的研究，加起来一两百万funding震慑一
下IO。。。 |

judge 通过最后在totality里说review paper 不能说明outstanding...

少倍啊，你跟faculty1000那个比较高多少多少倍啊什么得。
多强调一下。下个月再递一次，反正正好下个月新一年得名额下来了，不差这么一个月
两个月得。
而且再递就应该不会是0002了吧。

一些比较牛的杂志反而排名看起来没有小杂志那么性感
或许LZ应该多挖一下小杂志
