本人是在读博士，F1签证，正在办理投资移民，已经提交了I-526。
年底想回国探亲，但是需要renew F1，不知道会不会有风险？

发帖数: 8496 | 2 risk is still there, but I guess you should volunteer your EB5 information
and hopefully VO will treat you like citizens of UK, Japan, Canada,... who
have immigration petition. VO in those countries usually believe them not
to overstay or change their F1 during the period of approved I-140, I-130,
I526 and before I-485 or CP, and grant them F1 visa. | r*****x
