我目前了解的情况是，L1-B五年以后必须回国，H1好像没有类似限制，公司答应可以给
转H1。但是L1也有很多好处，比如老婆拿L-2可以工作。那到底该不该转呢。
另外请推荐个律师。

if you are doing scientific research and has strong backgrounds, in both
cases you can do Eb1
If not, then in both case you should do EB2.
If you don't have an approved I-140, you cannot extend H-1b beyond the sixth
year. YOu need to return to china and apply for a new H1b one year
thereafter.
Therefore if I were in your case (spouse of L1b can work) I would stick to
L1b.
Moooreover, I heard that L1b visa stamp is two year Multiple entry, right?
That is a great advantage over h1b lah
