back in February, I asked the ISO to renew as soon as possible (it expired
on Aug). They said they do not want and only do it 45 days in advanced. The
I-129 petition sent out in June 8th.
I still did not received my approval notice yet. With the approval notice, I
cannot get my drivers' license renewed and super inconvenient as this
moments. Also, I am carrying my passport around everyday , in case.
When I heard I will have DMV issue in June, I contacted ISO several times
and they never replied.
Now, I am in a very angry state.
I want to do something about it.
I want to ask them to pay $1500 premium fee to speed up my petition.
I want to complaint them to school's higher level.
I want to expose this to medium due to their irresponsibility and
indifference, they are not doing their job to help international researchers
here at all.
Anyone give me some advice/suggestion, how to draft the letter, how to
complain.

treat their job like shit.
I want to have a voice, and i realize that the voice will irritate them .
that's why i want to ask people around, I want to do it right, i want to do
it deep and all the way. I want to give them an impression that I will fight
back

了。
我还查了我们州的驾照的法规，貌似驾照过期两年之内都可以renew，不过如果被警察
抓到过期驾照开车，罚款最多是300块。其他貌似也没什么严重后果。
话说H1B也可以做SR吗？确实等得有点心急了。 |

Extending H-1B Status for Your Employee
You must begin the extension process early (4-6 months before the expiration
of your employee’s current status). DOL and USCIS processing times
frequently change and on average take 3 or more months to process. While
petitions submitted to USCIS can be expedited, DOL does not expedite and
operates on a strict “first in - first out” rule. |

laughed at by many many people here) to my department Chair, and cc'd my
boss, and the HR director.
