手里有EAD卡，打算以此继续工作，但律师提醒我这样有风险：万一485被拒，身份就没
了。所以心里在纠结，究竟值不值得再花那份钱去做H1B延期。请高人指点。
另：我的NIW 140也批了，不过没递交485，如果EB1的485被拒，而且又是使用EAD卡工
作(EB1B没延期)，这种情况下，在申请NIW的485，会有什么样的麻烦？

发帖数: 1322 | 2 Yes, if your 485 is denied, your EAD is automatically invalidated and if you
don't have other non-immigraion status except AOS, you must leave the US.
If you are currently using EAD from your EB1b 485, and your eb1b got denied,
then your EAD is invalidated, and you must leave the US.
In principle if you can obtain EAD from 485 associated with your approved
NIW 140, you can still work on that. However I strongly doubt that your PD
is not current and you cannot submit 485 now.
