好象这些东西只有一年有效期对吗？
初步打算明年上半年提交140，弱CASE， DIY，不PP。有什么建议不？谢谢！ |

physical exam is only valid for 1 yr (some lawyer says 6 months)
since you are not gonna do pp, it might take a while to get the 140
approval then
its not worth it... |

除了TB， MMR，还有什么针需要打呢？不做体检就很难知道要不要打TB吧？

the immigration office will ask you to do tb test anyway.
what you should do is to go to your primary care physician and ask for a
thorough annual physical exam
tell him that you wanna do antibody tests on mmr, hepatitis b, hepatitis a,
meningitis, and whatever the physician could recall in the process of
immunization of a US kid...
have the blood test result then and keep a good copy.
get a td shot as well and save the record.
and if possible, get a chest xray as well (not sure about it coz some
immigration doc will ask for a xray taken less than 3-6 months ago. it
depends)
they should be all free as long as they are ordered by your pcp and your med
insurance is okay
you have to pay for co-pay though...
then next yr right after you get your 140 done, go to an immigration doc
with all those records.
he should charge you much less since your immunization record is good and up
-to-date (less than 1 year)
he should only charge you the basic blood work + tb skin test

However, I have already done the annual physical check with my family doctor
(required by the university).I know the insurance only covers one free
annual check each year, should I request another more thorough check up?

发帖数: 1095 | 12 没错，这两三年保险蹭蹭地上涨，而保险报销百分比还同时下调，从明年开始还不给包
配偶，如果配偶单位也可以买保险的话。总之各种坑爹，工资却不见涨。。。。。。
