请问如果concurrent 140被拒了后，485多久会被拒? 会是同一天吗?
副申请人目前只有AOS status，用ead工作，是否在被拒后就得马上停止工作和离境?
还有机会在悲剧前先转成H4吗(主申请人H1)? 还是就等485被拒了再回国申请H4?

Yes.

Yes. You can file change of status to H4 for your LD. As long as USCIS
receive her application before her 485 got denied, she can stay in the US
legally.
