由于专业的问题，我觉得我的背景跟班上牛人比，算很弱了，但是还是想试一试。
职位是scientific(envrionmental) software specialist
公司请的律师说先要证明我这个职位是research职位，说要“A department, division
, or institute of a private employer offering the alien a permanent research
position in the alien's academic field. The department, division, or
institute must demonstrate that it employs at least three persons full-time
in research positions, and that it has achieved documented accomplishments
in an academic field”
然后说EB-1B跟EB2-Perm不能同时开展，如果EB-1B被拒，必须重新来过perm。然后说"
do not recommend that we go with the EB-1B classification unless we have a
strong case, because the negative implications a record with immitration
whould imply for XXX, if his EB-1B status is rejected"

There are two points you need to demonstrate:
1.academic impact
2.international recognized
And those can be done by showing your international-wise citations, and how
other people have utilized your results. | r**n

I always think it depends, once you are very close to the so called "
criteria". I think you can try to ask for some review during this holiday
season, might be lucky to get a few during the time you are preparing your
material.
