其中一段话这样说的：
... state the petitioner is a "scientist with extraordinary ability and a
rising star of the field of ..."
听起来很不错吧？ 然而判定是这样的：
This statement clearly identifies the petitioner as one of who has future
potential to be a star, but not yet rise to the top as a star.

翻了一下我的推荐信，下面这段应该没问题吧？

如果前面没有很好的铺垫和陈述（需要实例），最后一点再怎么写都是空洞的。
这个信用与1A也可以啊，我看不出有什么不妥。
另外，这封信是美国人还是其他国家的人写的？

看了那封信，我觉得最主要的问题是他claim的Award不达标。
后面的推荐信只是推翻整个case，实属鸡蛋里面挑骨头。

我想，关键是看谁写这句话，适当的身份写适当的话。基于事实或者已有贡献作出适当
预测有什么不可以的？那是一种美好的祝愿。
没有一封推荐信是可以做到无懈可击的，只是看IO去不去深究。 |

觉你很牛了，就不会细读这些东西了。
