， 原来的公司还有权利告？

在拿到绿卡之后就迅速地离职，雇主告不告你并不重要，如果移民局因此而认为有
fraud，那才是麻烦。Anyway，你的绿卡也不是说没就没有了，通常要通过法庭的判决
，而且你还有上诉的权利。
