Probably you mean "temp marriage license"?
If that is the case, that is not a marriage certificate and you and your LD
are not married yet.

You can submit your 485 as soon as you want - with the temp marriage cert.
Then wait for REF, if RFE come later, submit your official marriage cert,
then.
