1. American College of Physicians (ACP), the American’s leading
professional association for physician and the largest medical-specialty
organization.
Abstracts have been accepted to annual scientific meeting of ACP every year
since 2008.
Invited as a judge in both clinical and research sessions in ACP annual
scientific meeting.
2. Alliance for Academic Internal Medicine (AAIM), a consortium of five
academically focused specialty organizations representing departments of
internal medicine at medical schools and teaching hospitals in the United
States and Canada. The member of AAIM received a variety of communications
regarding meeting information, academic affairs, publications, and
association governance issues.
3. Association of Program Directors in Internal Medicine (APDIM), an
international professional organization designed to support program
directors in the pursuit of excellence in graduate medical education for
internal medicine. The members of the APDIM only include the designated
Director of the residency training program and the key faculty with the
permission of the current Program Director.
4. Board member and mentoring program chair of the Association of Chinese
American Physicians, Mid Atlantic Chapter (ACAP MAC). Membership is also
restricted to individuals with high-level degrees and recognized scientific
achievements.
5. Chinese American Heart Association (CnAHA) and Academy of Cardiovascular
Research Excellence (ACRE). As one of the largest organizations for
cardiovascular professionals in North American, CnAHA has dedicated her
mission to provide medical services, education, training and information in
China, as well as to promote the exchange of professional information and to
advocate for the common interests of Chinese cardiovascular professionals
in the US.
