her H4 process, but probably the receipt for H4 will come only a few days
later than Dec 31.
would this be a problem ?

receipt date will be the day of your e-filling.

receive her COS application before her current non-immigration status
expires.
In this case she has 60 days grace period, so USCIS must receive her COS
application before that 60 day period expire.

her study.
Fedex delivery confirmation is enough. Usually USCIS keep a pretty good
track of when they receive it so when you receive the receipt a few days
later it should show the correct receipt date.
