important is what the IO thinks. the IO would certainly not be an expert in
that field. I have seen several, if not many, cases that are stronger than
this being RFEed or NOIDed. I have even seen one person with several CNS and
has already establish himself as a great figure in that field being
completely denied at the end of the day.
Nobody can guarantee approval. "Reasonable chance" is actually quite high
for eb1a given the randomness.
