我把这个放到petition letter里面了，律师也没说啥，照单全收了
我倒是找了原公司老总，写了推荐信说那个技术被用在公司的产品里了，这样可以么？

authorship用其他的paper已经够了，不要再提pending的patent，可能会招致RFE

只是在contribution里面作为一个对industry的贡献列出来了，然后用那个公司老总的
推荐信说的确用在产品系统里了
希望不会被抓住把柄
