are submitted electrically.
Today, USCIS send a RFE, saying "Applicant Signature" is needed. They also
tell mom to upload all documents online.
Where does my mom to sign? I just log into USCIS ELSI and I checked "View
Snapshot" (which has the application document). I still cannot find where my
mom needs to sign. Thanks a lot for your help. | C*******d

延期申请的时候，你没有上传文件么？比如i-94护照扫描，银行账单之类的？
