几点和大家共享。
1.关于体检
经朋友介绍去了flushing 的韩国大夫开的诊所，感觉不错，推荐给nyc附近的同学们。
这家诊所似乎是专门做移民体检和国际学生体检之类的。具体位置在flushing
municipal parking 的对面union st.上的东南角，还没到 Roosevelt。前台有个福建
女孩服务，非常耐心。Medical exam加上blood test 和td针是$180。 MMR一针$80还是
$100， 不过他们会建议你去找你自己的PCP打，或者去打免费的。我们的国内小黄本不
知去向，但又不想再打一针MMR，所以让他们检查了MMR的抗体，这个是$50 （据家里从
医的人说，这个一般人都有抗体，不管是打过疫苗还是得过病，所以还是做抗体检查不
建议直接重打）。我的tb反应非常大，被遣去做x-ray。Flushing的好处就是走路范围
内有无数地方做这个，拿医生开的条，$40。一般radiologist一个小时左右就会把结果
返给大夫 （大家可以趁这个时间在Flushing吃吃喝喝）。这样一般都是去两次就搞定
。这家诊所好像周六也开门，但不知道是不是每周。具体时间大家自己打电话问吧。前
台那福建女孩姓任（如果我没记错的话）。

2.关于fingerprint
TCS显然是把fp 给我们预约到了寄出fp notice的那天。等三天后我们收到fp notice，
我们就立马去walk in。因为工作人员兴高采烈和我先生聊天，还给他参观他们的
office，热闹之余我们两个基本上稀里糊涂就被拍照按了手印，结果我没来得及问错过
fp scheduled date 再fp的后果。回来给USCIS打电话，他们也不知道这样会不会有问
题，建议等着。后来只好自己research，google结果是USCIS没有什么明文规定，但网
上倒有一个律师谈到这个，说错过预约一般UCCIS不会立马就deny申请，会给申请人30
天的时间来重新安排或者补打手印。虽然半信半疑，但似乎解释还说得通，所以就只好
听天由命了。
3. 递交的材料
我们去年暑假回过国，所以按485说明只递交了最后一次入境以来的材料。
485表Part3里in what status did you last enter,我先生（h1b)填的是temporary
worker, 我(h4) 填的是 dependent spouse of temporary worker (我觉得pijiang 说
填visitor 不对）。A#都空着。我先生的receipt上USCIS填回来的就是140 approval
notice的那个号，而我的是给分配的。
