我在USCIS的网站上下载的是10/01/2012版的，这好像是the latest了，因为页面上写着
A new edition of this form is coming soon. In the meantime, customers may
file using the 10/01/12 edition.
可是下载下来后，打开看时，表格的右上方写着expires 1/31/2013。
