son's mother, son is automatically USC. He should apply for a US passport
for his son in China.
2, if he is GC holder, the new son is a new primary beneficiary. So he need
to file one new I-130 in F2A category for the new son. Son will have his
own PD.
3. If he is I-485 pending, because following to join won't start until he's
I-485 is approved, nothing needs to be done now. When NVC starts the

1. wife and children are derivative following-to-join the principal who got
I-485 approved in a categoey that allows derivatives. And new son was born
after the I-485 approval date.
or
2. marrieage happened after the husband got GC so husband filed I-130 based
on F2A for his wife. | c********n
