An easy question for you guys. I still have 3 year H1B left until 2016, do I
have to submit the EAD application forms together with my I-485?

If I do not travel in the near future, I assume the I-131 form is not
required to submit with the I-485. Please correct me, or any suggestion.

发帖数: 4778 | 3 应该申请，拿到485的EAD，你可以不用，用H1B，但如果万一雇主提前解除你的H1B，你
也不被动。
485 EAD是free的，一年到期，在延期也是free。
