有tracking，但更新没有express及时。
他们会在卡做好并且通知usps去pickup后告诉你tracking number。一般是一周内会到。

On May 9, 2013, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on
file. You should receive your new card within 30 days. If you do not, or if
you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. |

发帖数: 278 | 12 发给你的e-mail里面没有track number，但是在网站上用receipt number登入里面可以
看到tracking number。在USPS的tracking网页直接输入是可以查得到的。 |
