不过关于H1b transfer，只要收到I797C notice就可以开始为新公司工作了，不用等到
批准。移民局有相关的法律可以查证。 |

发帖数: 56 | 6 sorry, made a mistake. my case is eb1a. for eb1b, i don't suggest to do the
job transfer unless the position is gone or after 6 months.
