是不是485提交了以后，不管140怎么样，都会启动name check,体检，指纹等等，这样
如果140被rfe，潜在的是节省了485的申请时间，是不是可以这样理解？

only safe to use EAD if you are not the main applicant. |

the wife can get EAD before I140 is approved. In the case of I140 was not
approved, the wife can still transfer to H4?
