Requested expedition; just received denial letter today.
I have short name (4 letters first + 4 letters last), and am expecting name
check to take a while. But it has been almost 10 months, and I now start to
get worried... Anybody here has pending 485 filed last fall? Thanks! |

Wish both of us good luck. I just submitted an online DHS-7001 form to seek
for help from ombudsman, maybe you can do the same https://cisomb.dhs.gov/

also write to senator/congressman/first lady.
I am also very frustrated with USCIS :(
