还好，我们公司正好有三个全职作研究的人，包括我们老板在内。
另外博士期间虽然发表了一些文章，但是有4年的时间是靠ta活着（期间发表了十几篇
文章），这个年限能算数么？

了精华区介绍说，申请eb1b，所在公司必须至少有3个以上全职研究人员。我们公司
比较特殊，是从一个大学的研究group发展来的公司，里面的研究人员一半都是还没毕
业的PhD， 以internship名义干活，真正全职研究人员，是我们公司老板，我们公司的
首席执行官还有我。
请问，这能算3人组么？

Actually the employers are co-founders of the corp and they are both
professors. So they have a lot of publications.
It makes a lot of sense. Thank you very much.

decisions, then you will have a better understanding of the 3 full-time
employee requirement and the ability to pay. |
