797 approval notice。 请教大家一般多久收到。 有没有可能只收到email notice?
现在网上查status是这样的：
On July 12, 2013, this I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was approved
and we sent you an e-mail notice. Please follow any instructions on the
notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at
1-800-375-5283.
During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the
decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You
can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive
a final decision.
另外，想请教的是，有没有可能不等收到但现在还没有收到正式的I 797 approval
notice，就file I485? 这样算不算concurrent filing? 网上有说可以的，不知道对不
对？
If I have already filed my I-140 petition, can I now file my I-485
application before the I-140 is approved?
Yes. Anytime after you have received a "Receipt Notice" for your I-140
petition, you may file your I-485 green card application. You will have all
of the same advantages (and risks) as any other concurrently filed I-485
application.
