刚收到485 RFE，要求补交Employment Verification Letter
问题是我submit 485的时候已经交了一份EVL了阿，HR在寄材料前一天签的
RFE信里要求
"The letter must also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your
employment-based visa petition (or labor certification) continue to exist"
这个在原来的EVL里没有提到，也许就是这里被RFE了
这里说的employment-based visa petition是指H1B还是指现在的140阿？ |

employ you after the GC is approved. I got the same RFE, still waiting after

employment is probable"
should I make it stronger, say "the employment does not have a defined
period of termination"?

版上递交offer letter的多数被RFE，被要求提供EVL。你是EB1A，所以从HR出具一封签
字的EVL就行。

after you receive your permanent residence status. -- that's what my lawyer
had the company hr sign.
