Actually some junior lawyers at may be a better choice. They are usually
more serious about your case, after all they need a good record for their
career.
Immigration petition is not rocket science, all you need is someone who
cares about you and has good strategy.
After my first EB1A was denied, I applied again with Victoria Chen at www.
wegreened.com and could not be happier. My EB1A was approved after PP in a
week at NSC.

They have guaranteed service that they don't charge you lawyer fee if you
don't get your I140 approved.
So you have nothing to lose.

I agree that you could choose the attorney that have worked at Zhang but
open his/her own firm. They have experience and care about your case. |
