目前有一业界大牛已同意做推荐人，但都两三个月了，还没写出来推荐信。原因是没有
掌握写推荐信和PL的要领。想做到有的放矢。

work, 重点在体现contribution/impact上？大家都怎么体现contribution/impact的？
