1.提到课题的经费来源，需要解释清楚经费是给老板的吗？还是模糊的说：because of
Dr.XX' s impressive breakthrough, his work was funded by DoD.....
2.在关于强调符合美国利益方面，强调此项研究美国仅此一家，强调欧洲有竞争者等等
，这样好吗？

1. Best if your boss can say "xxx's project was funded by DoD" in
recommendation letter, and you simply cite it.
