The above petition has been approved. the petition indicates that the person
for who you are petitioning is in the United States and will apply for
adjustment of status. The information submitted with the petition shows that
the person for whom you are petitioning is not eligible to file an
adjustment of status application at this time.
Additional information about eligibility for adjusment of status may be
obtained from the local USCIS office serving the area where the person for
whom you are petitioning lives.
Until the person for whom you are petitioning files an adjustment of status
application, or applies for an immigrant visa, this approval petition will
be stored in this office. If the person for whom you are petitioning decides
to
apply for an immigrant visa outside the United States based on this petition
, the
petitioner should file Form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved
Application
or Petition, to request that we send the petition to the Department of State
National
Visa Center (NVC).
The NVC processes all approved immigrant visa petition that require consular
action. The NVC also determines which consular post is the appropriate
consulate to complete visa processing. It will then forward the approved
petition to that consulate.
The approval of this visa petition doe snot in itself grant any immigrant
status and does not guarantee that the alien beneficiary will subsequently
be found eligible for a visa, for admission to the United States, or for an
extension, change, or adjustment or status.
什么叫"The information submitted with the petition shows that the person for
whom you are petitioning is not eligible to file an adjustment of status
application at this time."？ 还是大家都是这种情况，只是套话而已？请高手解答

但是我的和律师的都是797。内容几乎一样。

发帖数: 165 | 4 我唯一能想到就是递交材料的时候身份还是F1 OPT， 9/30过期，所以140上Current
USCIS status也就这样填了，不过材料中附了H1B的Approval Notice啊，难道他们没看？

按理说，如果你需要离境激活，公司应该早通知你了。
