regulation 说H1B可以延一年如果PERM pending365天，请问这个时候如果H1B已经
expired了，是不是也可以延
举个例子， PERM filed in April 2013, H1B expires on 01/25/2014, 之后转 on
paid leave (大概相当于停薪留职），换成H4身份
然后到April 2014的时候，延一年的H1B
公司的HR是这样的说的，请问大家觉得这样可以吗？

我只是听朋友提起过Perm140批了后H可以每年续 在485得到批准之前
这也只是我的道听途说

to reaching the six year limit and the PERM has not been
denied. Under this scenario, the H-1B visa can be extended
in one year increments indefinitely (even beyond the H-1B
visa holder’s original cap out date). |
