regulation 说H1B可以延一年如果PERM pending365天,请问这个时候如果H1B已经
expired了,是不是也可以延
举个例子, PERM filed in April 2013, H1B expires on 01/25/2014, 之后转 on
paid leave (大概相当于停薪留职),换成H4身份
然后到April 2014的时候,延一年的H1B
公司的HR是这样的说的,请问大家觉得这样可以吗?

我只是听朋友提起过Perm140批了后H可以每年续 在485得到批准之前
这也只是我的道听途说

denied. Under this scenario, the H-1B visa can be extended
in one year increments indefinitely (even beyond the H-1B
