我是J1,I-140已经approval，正在弄485，765和131，我老婆是J2，急问几个问题：
1. 填765时，我老婆（J2）填“Who may file form I-765”是否填C5？其中
introduction中有一个要求“You must submit a written statement with any
supporting evidence showing......”,这个东西怎么弄啊？
2. 我老婆之前申请过EAD（也是一J2身份），填I-765第11个问题时“Which USCIS
office”应该填哪个（我们在Los Angeles, CA）？
