1)作为副申请人需要interview吗?
2)在等待AP期间是否一定不能回国？之前听别人说H4没有这个限制，但是很不确定
3)绿卡期间回国是否有天数限制？
4)如果有的话，是否能够托人将绿卡出国，然后重新入境的时候使用？

least before my return to the US. In that case, if I have to be back to
China for emergency during this time period, which of the following
solutions makes more sense:
1) Reapply for H4 visa;
2) Wait for my regular AP and use it to re-enter US;
3) Apply for an emergency AP? |
