Are still married to the same U.S. citizen or permanent resident after 2
years. You may include your children in your application if they received
their conditional-resident status either at the same time or within 90 days

拿不拿条件绿卡是根据你变成永久居民（就是拿绿卡）的时候结婚有没有超过两年。
但是这个跟帖子的题目完全没有关系。lz是问有条件绿卡什么时候申请removal of
conditions。
