作为审稿人，但是建议我再给同行的前辈们发信让他们转给我。我总不能一个个骚扰同
行吧。。。还是说再给editorial board的人都发一遍？

very happy to invite you to comment on papers, but may I also suggest that
you may find it helpful to contact all the senior scientists in your field
and explain to them that you have been accepted as a referee for this
journal, and to ask them if they would be prepared to forward to you
refereeing requests we may send to them. This would speed up your
possibility of being selected. Usually, senior scientists are so
overwhelmed by refereeing requests that they are delighted to have
colleagues whom they trust who will undertake this work. | J****e
