employer qualification的关键是证明公司有符合要求的研发人员而且有一定的学术成
就。可以在letter里简单说一下有多少个researcher，大改什么背景，然后附上一个发
表文章的列表就行了。后边把员工发的文章打印第一页，highlight公司名即可。
