发帖数: 5528 | 1 请问eb1b tsc收到材料以后多久能查到状态？我的材料一个月前就寄出去了，结果今
天小米才收到receipt no，显示的pd April 3.然后信封上还贴了一个usps return to
sender的条子。律师说是uscis第一次寄的时候没写地址，才会一个月才收到receipt.
然后我用receipt no去查状态，显示还没有acceptance或者initial review.只有下面
一段话
On April 25, 2014 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You
should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you
move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
请问下这是啥意思？hr一群猪，还不让我直接联系律师，我十分怀疑丫的把我的地址写
错了。多谢各位 |

receipt notice?
I met the similar problem to you! I did not recieve my receipt number when
my documents were sent one month later. I pushed lawyer several times to
inquire the problem. But the lawyer did not help to check. But finally I
receive the number one month later. |

receipt上的receive date和priority date都是april 3，就是邮寄第二天就收到了，
搞到今天may2才收到receipt
但是uscis网上查状态还没有显示acceptance,不知道是否正常
