大概timeline:
4/1: 140+pp mailed
4/2: 140 RD
4/9: NOID mailed out in paper.
4/15: received NOID
4/16: contact Bigbigbee
5/9: NOID response received.
5/19: received email from Texas premium processing: "approved". But, on
USCIS case tracking site, it still shows "initial review", even now...
Waiting to get the approval notice to file 485 ASAP
A big headache: h1b will end soon, and this job will be terminated. May need
EAD from 485 to continue staying here and got 485 approved. Please help by
giving advice!!! Please advise if how it compares to h1b transfer.
Questions on 485:
1) The A # should be the new one on 140 not from OPT/h1b, right?
2) LD works in another state (still TSC area), on her 485, should I fill my
address or her address? We prefer to do FP together. Will there be any
problem if we fill the same address? Btw, her work is still there (another
state)
3) history of CP: should we mention this in the membership list? We are
going to provide explaining statement. Will there be any problem if we also
mention it in membership list? Or, do we even need to tell this in the
membership list?
