It doesn't matter how far dates goes, what matters is how many people end up
getting GC in their hands before end of NOV when dates will again
retrogress back to 2004/2005.
I really appreciate what CO is doing this year to help EB2I movement. On one
hand USCIS is generating RFE for majority of EB1C applicants to slowdown
EB1C usage and prevent cutoff date for EB1 . This is going to help EB2I
receive more splillover from EB1 and EB4 as projected before.
On other hand he is moving dates aggressively to make sure those spillover
visa are used by EB2I.
Also note medical RFE will be valid for 1 more year, so even if majority of
2009 who become current this year but don't get greened in 2014, they will
certainly get GC next year when dates move again in summer of 2015 without
answering any new RFE.
Biggest unknown for anyone is number of porters. If number of porters is low
than CO will keep moving dates aggressively to cover first half of 2009 but
if it is unusually high than he might stop somewhere in feb/march of 2009. | c**2 发帖数: 8496 | 2 the EB1c here is EB1(c) category, not EB1 for China born. |
