Job hunting is a pure business process.
A candidate get the offer based on his skill and his talk in job interview,
NOT on certificate. (Of course, a certificate will not hurt you, but, its
not the key factor to make the decision.)
The key factors are:
1) Skill, 2) Know how to talk in the job interview.
