W***o 发帖数: 6519 | 1 等了好多天今天终于收到了我的NIW的RFE,承认了两点:
1. The submitted evidence established that the proposed employment is in an
area of substantial intrinsic merit. The first pront of the NYSDOT test has
been met.
2. The evidence established that the benefits of the proposed employment
will be national in scope. Therefore the second prong of the NYSDOT test has
been met.
3. The third prong of the NYSDOT test considers whether you will serve the
national interest to a substantially greater degree than would an available
U.S. worker having the same minimum qualifications. IN order to establish
that this projection of fugure benefit is justified, the evidence must show
that you have a history of achievement with some degree of influence on the
field as a whole.
然后下面说了一些可以提交别人引用我paper的报道或文章
我的NIW是自己DIY的,因为文章比较新,引用 < 10,所以去年12月提交的时候就没提
citation,没想到现在又问回来了。因为发的paper领域冷门,引用比较低,到现在引
用还是不到10. 有2篇一作文章,几篇 n 作的;另外值得一提的有:
* 去年有Ivy League某大学的一个教授专门写了一篇report来评论我的其中一篇一作文章
* 拿到过两个国际会议的travel awards
* 自从去年提交140后我又审了将近15篇稿子,加起来差不多有20篇
* 某无名烂期刊的reviewer (网页上有我名字和单位地址)
* (再想想,一会想起来亮点回来补)
以前在这论坛里好像看到过类似的RFE要求,但是没有保留帖子,现在麻烦大家出点主
意,这个应该怎么回复比较好?
我现在想再联系几封推荐信,解释本领域引用比较低,但是这个怎么证明我比美国同行
贡献更大一些呢?大家看看有啥好办法?

这是NIW常见的RFE,虽然我没办过NIW,不过第三条的应对套路和EB1类似,找Ivy的那
个教授要RL,找审稿的杂志要RL,editor(我理解你是写错了)的杂志让其出RL。
