单一份，其实上次递交的材料里面有近三个月的工资单，但显然被忽略了。
C，对是否党员问题回答Yes, You must provide a written fully explaining your
“yes” responses. 上次也交了statement, 就是按照大家的格式做的，不知怎地也被
忽视了。只好再交一次。

evidence which establishes that you will continue to be engaged in your area
of extraordinary ability. This evidence shall specify how you intend to
work in your area of extraordinary ability and confirm that you intend to
carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying I-140.
Employment letter 好办， 让系里再出一份。比较麻烦的是让再一次提交evidence证
明EB1A. 请有经验的前辈帮忙给出出主意。想到的是再写分statement, 让现在的老板
再写分证明，以及提交最近审的几篇稿子。不知是否可行。

send them all those materials in my original 485 package including my EVL,
copy of paycheck and statement of non-CP member.
However when you get RFE, you have to provide what they want even though all
of those stuff can be found in my first hand 485 application package.

Therefore, I don't think it is a very tricky RFE. I agree with you that a
letter from you boss should be able to take care of A. Good Luck.

这样材料比较容易丢。既然rfe了，那估计很快就要批了

料还要问。看来估计是这样的原因。 我也pending 2个多月了，还没消息，我没申请
EAD 和 AP，所以只有一份材料，希望不要出问题。
