485的同时申请EAD 和AP。是否是这三个一起递交的时候，按照三个申请准备三份
evidence，还是以485为主，另外EAD 和AP 只是提交表格就可以了？ 谢谢！

背景： 生物医学化学，美国排名前50博士毕业，目前拿OPT从事博士后实验室工作。
由于OPT 快到期，无法办理H1B签证，又不想再去拿J1签证，时间紧，找了律师。
Claim 老三样
1） authorship: 15篇英文文章（影响因子都不高，3-9不等），5篇中文（在国内读书
时候发的），一中文批准发明专利，一中文Pending专利，一美国provisional 专利。
2）Citation:没有区分自引和他引（实际上也主要是他引）， 300。媒体报道有
Science Daily等
3）审稿和编辑， 16个英文期刊（IF: 2-6 不等），33次。2个没有IF英文期刊的
editorial board member(不好意思，混来的，还没有干过活）
推荐信（ 5 independent（1中，1 英国， 3美国） +1 depedent(薄后老板）
PL:律师写的正文19页。感觉很朴实，没有怎么挖掘，主要是用推荐人的信里内容作证
（个人看了感觉不出什么“好”，希望律师是对的）
6/11 E file with receipt number
6/14 Hard copy delivered to USCIS
6/25 two week after E file, PP sent
6/27 email and sms noticing the premium processing was received
小命就要在接下来的2周被NSC定夺，祈祷别遇杀手，遇见也希望杀手心情好。
