“Were you inspected by a U.S. Immigration Officer?”, 我理解错了，填了NO，
祝福申请人都填了NO。 这里应该是YES才对，现在怎么办啊？指纹刚walk in成功。
现在该怎么办啊，有谁有经验么，或者听说过别人怎么解决的？ |

发帖数: 382 | 9 问了两个律师，我以前的140的律师，现在人家不是我律师了，但还是回了我的邮件，
说他没处理过这样的case，”One option may be to consider waiting to see if
USCIS issues an RFE on the matter. Assuming you’ve provided a full record
of your nonimmigrant status and legal entries to the United States, USCIS
might understand that it was a mistake (the question is not entirely clear,
and might be incorrectly checked often). If you receive an RFE, you might
consider explaining the mistake at that time“.
同事帮我问了他以前的台湾人律师，回答他说“"Yes, it is a serious problem
because it is a must to be inspected when entering the USA. Your friend can
show his I-94 and explain that he is a lay person and does not understand
the meaning of "Inspection". |
