对。I-485是申请adjustment of status，就是在美国境内拿绿卡的过程。大部分可能
性你sister那时不会在美国。所以不会走adjustment of status，会走consular
processing。
没有。只能希望I-130处理慢一点，要几年才批。因为根据CSPA，I-130处理的时间从孩
子的年龄那里减去。
